In her July Vogue debut she shoots with Will Davidson in Sydney, Australia. She talks about being a Victoria Secret model and what it takes to get the body she has. I would definitely have to say she looks AMAZING post-baby!

Stella McCartney Resort 2013

Stella McCartney says doing her resort collection is one of her favorite seasons because of openness the collection can bring. From vibrant pinks to vintage upholstery fabrics she really had fun with this collection. I definitely see a 70's flare to this collection (whether or not it was intended) as with a lot of other resort collections.  The full leopard and floral suits may not be made for your basic wears but they definitely would add a fun element to your closet to say the least.

Gucci Resort 2013

Gucci Resort 2013, designed by Frida Giannini, showed to be a fantastically made combination of wearable clothes and unique designs. You can see the 70's inspiration with the bell-bottom pants, flowy sleeves, and deep v-necks. Giannini, having a strong presence of Florentine background, showed her talent making fantastic prints of floral designs without being too over the top; making this whole collection completely realistic and wearable.
Here are some of my favorite picks from the collection:

CFDA Awards 2012

The Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards gathers every top fashion designer in America you can think of was held last night, June 4th, at New York City's Alice Tully Hall. Saturday Night Live's Seth Myers hosted the event bringing both smiles and laughs to the crowd.
The much anticipated award, Womenswear Designer of the Year, was given to Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen for the luxurious, high-end brand, The Row. Considering their young age of 25, this is a monumental award for both them and the industry.
Some other awards given out:
Menswear Designer of the Year: William Ried
Accessory Designer of the Year: Reed Krakoff

Digitally Attractive

This spring 2012 we have seen many colorful trends from flowers to the 50's, but one of my favorite trends that has jumped out from the rest is the digital prints. I love the way some of the designers transformed dresses, blouses, and bottoms to futuristic and exciting designs.
Here are some digital prints from the runway:
Peter Pilotto Sprint 12'

Akris Spring 12

Here are some affordable digital prints that I love:
